I'm BACK! well sort of. At least for one race. I am going to be heading up to Toronto to race at the infamous Mosport Raceway in just a couple of weeks. I'll be driving a Fountain BMW 330i, the same team I drove for at Mid-Ohio two years ago. I've been talking with these guys ever since then trying to get back in their car, and finally we were able to work something out.

There are a lot of unknowns for me right now though. Lets start with the car. Last year this team did a phenomenal job, and had very quick cars every race. But, they seemed to be a bit off the pace at the last race Lime Rock. And that brings into question the other unknown, my co-driver. I don't know who he is, or how much experience he has. I'm not even sure if he was in the car at Lime Rock, but I'm hoping that the driver's were just struggling with a quirky track, and that the car will be a front runner when we get up to Canada. That is my suspicion. But, time will tell. I'm still very excited to get back hooked up with these guys, from my experience the team knows their stuff, and I have gotten to be pretty good friends with a few of the guys too.

It also looks like I will be at almost all of the remaining Koni Challenge races this year with the Compass360 team. They asked me to come back and work as the Data Guy for the rest of the season, and to be the third driver in one of the cars for the season finale 6 hour race in Virginia. We'll see how this all plays out, but hopefully I can make some good impressions at the track this year.
